Routine appointments with a preferred doctor are quite difficult to book, as the system only releases appointments for a few weeks at a time. You can, however, see a doctor the same day if you feel it is necessary and this makes up for it. On two occasions recently I have felt that my mum needed to be seen, and on each occasion we have been seen the same morning, by a doctor, and had careful and skilled care. They have now refined the "emergency" same-day sit and wait system by having different arrival times for a set number of patients, which has really improved things. Last time I took my mum there was just one person ahead of us and we were next in. Staff are always helpful and try their best to sort out any problems - provided you are willing to give them the full picture, and are polite - which shouldn't be seen as anything other than common courtesy and respect!

Always treated very well by everyone from phone to reception to doctor to pharmacy.
I can always park, good clean facility as well.
Staff seem to try to get appointments as quickly as possible and urgent appointments always possible.

Unfortunately we have experienced great difficulty in registering with this practice and some of the receptionists are quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. We get the impression that they try to block requests for emergency appointments and they are not very helpful when vulnerable people are referred to them. The Surgery itself is very clean and a nice environment.
